Are you interested in becoming a member in the SAFMLS? Annual dues are a mere $20 a year and joining is easy. Just click the “Join SAFMLS” button above . By retaining an active membership you will enjoy periodic Society Scope publications and a discount to attend the SAFMLS Annual Meeting held around late March/early April. At the annual meeting, you can network with other active duty and reserve laboratory professionals as well as laboratory professionals with Veteran’s Affairs and the Public Health Service. The opening ceremony is always an enjoyable way to open up the week with our guest keynote speaker. The business meeting also held on the first day permits all members to vote in the new Board of Directors and vote on other Society matters. During the week you can expect to attend informative workshops and short topics, enjoy evening events as well as several commercial vendor exhibits. As a member, you are also welcome and encouraged to submit your own clinical posters and research posters for display for a chance to earn a recognition award. Additionally, your participation will permit you to collect ASCLS P.A.C.E. continuing education credits.

Current member reminder : Membership dues are payable by 31 December of the prior year. For example 2013 dues are payable by 31 Dec 2012. You will receive e-mail reminders from RegOnline in early November and several times thereafter until you renew. To avoid the repeated e-mail messages, renew early. It is easy; simply click the “Renew Your Membership / Pay Dues” button below . Make sure you log in with your primary e-mail address which is usually your work address (e.g, @med.navy.mil, @us.af.mil, @us.army.mil).
